The Equilibrium Network is led by a Steering Group of successful women, all working at the highest levels within a wide variety of organisations that influence and create the built environment.
Importantly, this group is multi-disciplinary, it includes architects, engineers, landscape architects, contractors, surveyors, policy makers and urbanists as well as those working in client organisations, academia and institutes.

As well as the Steering Group, The Equilibrium Network draws on the knowledge of a number of cross industry advisors, both men and women, chosen because of their experience and expertise in enabling gender diversity at senior level.
On occasion, Advisors are invited to attend and contribute to the network’s events, and their contributions are fully acknowledged in any research, analysis or other activities as appropriate.
