Adele Austin

Associate, EQN

Adele joined as Associate in November 2022, managing the Equilibrium Network’s social media, events and IT, as well as organising some of the more complex projects that EQN undertakes such as DivAirCity. She is currently orchestrating a series of internationally significant online workshops and seminars.

She also looks after Colander Associates, providing support and administration to the business itself, including IT and social media management.  In addition to this, she is Competitions Coordinator for Colander’s work on the British Museum Western Range design competition, responsible for the day-to-day administration and secretariat services.

In her previous capacity as a Senior Personal Assistant at the Lawn Tennis Association, Adele provided support to three high-ranking executives, ensuring meticulous management of diaries, inboxes, and stakeholder relationships, while also handling extensive travel logistics and financial administration. Additionally, she assumed leadership responsibilities, overseeing Player Services at a prestigious pre-Wimbledon grass court event, ensuring seamless coordination of accommodation, transportation, and prize disbursements for professional athletes, coaches, and guests. This multifaceted role demanded a comprehensive understanding of WTA regulations and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service amidst high-pressure scenarios, where trust, discretion, and adept negotiation were paramount.

Adele studied Acting at the Central School of Speech and Drama and has worked as an actor in the UK as well as in touring productions. She subsequently worked in Marketing for T-Mobile and later Business Operations at EE before moving to the LTA in 2014.
