Tanya de Hoog joins Aurecon executive leadership

Aurecon, an international design, engineering, and advisory company, has appointed Tanya de Hoog to the newly created role of Chief Engineering, Eminence, and Innovation Officer (CEEIO).
Currently President of the prestigious Institution of Structural Engineers and with nearly 30 years of professional experience, Tanya is a deeply experienced and visionary leader who will enhance Aurecon’s commitment to co-creating with our clients a better future for people and the planet.

In her new role, she will lead Aurecon’s efforts to empower engineers and designers to consistently deliver technical excellence in a changing industry and also attain eminence as leaders in their respective fields.

Tanya holds a master’s degree in interdisciplinary design for the built environment from the University of Cambridge and began her career in Perth, later leading complex projects across Europe and the United States. Her return to Australia marks a significant milestone as she assumes her new role at Aurecon.
